Description
Property management company currently seeking additional help in our Maintenance and Carpentry Department. Work scope may vary from general carpentry to routine maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring facilities are functional and assist with apartment turnovers.
Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is a must.
The ideal candidate will have experience, basic knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems, experience using hand and electrical tools, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to;
Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, etc
General carpentry tasks such as kitchen replacements, door replacements, sheet-rocking, siding and roofing, etc
Installing appliances and equipment
Conducting maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
Reporting to a Maintenance Manager for task assignments and issues
Drivers license and clean driving record a MUST!
