* 4 Seasons Carpet Workshop Inc. is a Floor Installation Company working for the Big Blue Box Stores in both RI and Mass. We are seeking an individual to help manage our relationship with our installation crews. We are looking to hire a Field Supervisor to work with the crews. Training them to be professional skilled installers-tradesmen. Train the crews on what the expectations are in order to be an installer for us. Role and Responsibilities * Ensure installer capacity and quality are in place and maintained in the field through professional management of the installation crews * Inspect job conditions & verify adhere to policy & procedures * Assist with Recruitment, Hiring, develop and retain existing Installation Crews/Installers * Eliminate under-performing Installers * Maintain and manage the installer relationships and performance through direct interaction with the Installers * Ensure installers are knowledgeable in their chosen category of Flooring Type (1 or more of the following: carpet, vinyl, tile, hardwood) * Oversee service quality through regular interaction to include site inspections, service provider meetings, and reviewing customer satisfaction metrics * Own relationships with Installers and customers * Relationship building of all parties involved * Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets * Meeting with installers once a month * Communicate successes and challenges with Senior Management * Ability to handle escalated customer issues with maturity & diplomacy Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in Flooring - ALL TYPES * Ability to resolve issues timely and with good judgment * Critical and independent problem solving * Must have excellent telephone communication skills * Must know how to use a computer, email and Microsoft Word/Excel * Management skills: meeting deadlines, mentoring and training, team collaboration and leadership * Communicate professionally and effectively in both written and verbal form * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required * Organization and leadership skills, ability to improve employee morale * Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and professional ethics Send email with what you know or send resume..
