Regional preservation company in need of crews to complete work orders in Calhoun and the surrounding areas. You also must have the following: -MUST be able to use Pruvan, or willing to learn -must be able to utilize email -must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision -Must be willing to travel up to at least 50 miles -Must have vehicle and own equipment -80% of work orders include lock changes, initial secures, trash-outs, winterizations, de-winterizations, roof patching, inspections, damage reporting, tree trimming, mold treatment, lawn maintenance, cleaning services, initial cleaning, property condition bids, maintenance, and grass cuts on foreclosed properties. ***YOU must have and be comfortable using a smartphone and the app Pruvan to document before, during and after stages of ALL work. Your smartphone is your camera. We use the app to eliminate excessive paperwork. You need to have the ability to submit photos/results on a daily basis on or before your due date through the app. Must submit results before moving onto the next work order!*** We are looking to add reliable contractors. As mentioned, must be able to turn in results on time as timeliness and accuracy are crucial to the job! We are a serious company and are only looking for serious candidates. Individuals who are not serious about having work done efficiently and on time need not respond. We do have our own internal quality control inspector who works daily checking on our properties, so mediocrity won't work! We are a good company who only wants good contractors to grow with us! Payment terms: You will get compensated for your first 2 jobs after they have been inspected, then net 30 (industry standard) will apply. Email for more details.
