May 1st 9am-2pm.Just in time for Mother’s Day! Reserve your seat with EventBrite $15 and pay instructor $30 for basket kit on day of class. Skill level: Beginner-Intermediate Approximate dimensions: 6” tall, 9" top diameter, 29” top circumference. Just in time for Mother’s Day, the Iris Garden basket is designed to showcase a bouquet of flowers or to fill with Mom’s favorite bath lotions and candy. Participants will learn the following techniques: how to lay out a square base, twine a locking row, weave using the over/under pattern, lash on a rim, and embellish the finished basket with dyed reeds. Choice of colors for the flowers. Class size is limited to 6 participants. Masks and Social distancing will be required.
