Come join us as we SPRING into Fitness together! It's that time of year!! Come join Team PFF for a fun group bodyweight workout experience! We will have a weekly wellness class to help put some pep into our step in 2021! Join us for a fun time time of body weight interval training. Your NASM certified instructor, Coach Alejandro, will be delivering a fun and exciting workout experience that will include flexibility training, cardiovascular health, mobility and strength exercises (classes will vary.) Be ready to have your heart pumping, sweat dripping and enjoy the great outdoors! We will meet once a week on Saturday mornings, starting April 17th- June 12th, (weather permitting.) Please check the schedule for the availability dates. Under 16 years requires adult supervision. Each participant who attend every scheduled session will receive a congratulatory “, thank you prize! So be sure to come join us for our outdoor health and wellness classes. We will notify everyone the morning of the event if the weather does not permit for class to be conducted safely outside. So be sure to follow us on FB to receive the latest alerts! (There will be no rain dates scheduled in lieu of a cancelled class session.) However, should you pay for the 3-month period in advance, a refund can be provided for the cancellations upon request. *Pre-registration is preferred, so that we know can identify who will be attending before beginningthe session, and stay within the CDC guidelines. *Park in the back lot by the playground and meet us in the back of the school on the fields next to the basketball courts. Don't forget to bring a large towel and some water. if you think you will need to take frequent breaks please be sure to bring afford out here as there will not be benches available. Also PLEASE remember to eat something light prior to class to maintain energy levels. Modificationsn to the exercises can and will be provided upon request or throughout the demonstrations.
