Location: Bethesda / Silver Springs, MD Pay: $50,000 - $80,000 Schedule: Mon - Fri (weekend work also available) Typical Repairs: Install doors (Interior and exterior) Repair door frame (rot, water damage) Repair rot on window or siding Repair deck boards, stairs, handrail and post Repair fence, panels, posts and gates Trim repair, baseboard and crown molding Drywall repair (patches holes on walls and ceilings) Soffits and Fascias Tile and Grout Replace and Install Ceiling fan/light fixtures Interior and Exterior painting Requirements: Strong carpentry experience Ensure that all work has been completed in a safe, prompt, and professional manner Must have own tools ( power drills, compressor, circular saw, nail gun, Ladders, etc) Must have a valid driver license Must be able to pass a background check Must have your own Truck or Van (preferably with a trailer) Benefits: Steady year round work - no chasing jobs!
