HIRING IMMEDIATELY Commercial property management company seeks experienced and reliable maintenance technician charged with on going general and preventative maintenance of common areas and tenant occupied spaces.
Duties include cleaning, work orders involving light electrical and plumbing as well as other assigned maintenance tasks such as painting and other duties as required. Must be a self starter, have the ability to lift 50 lbs. and must possess a valid drivers license. Must be able to work outside for long periods of time. Job is Monday through Friday but on call for emergencies nights and weekends. Must be punctual at all times and able to communicate well with tenants and property manager. Must be able to work in the United States.
