For a free fitness class celebrating 3 years of fun, energizing community-supported fitness classes.
We will be running our regular class focusing on bodyweight and movement exercise as a chance for new members to learn about 495 Strength & Performance, our "bootcamp" and 3 years of strength in Wyngate, Bethesda, MD.
