Cute friendly adorable two year old White Pekingese. Her name is Puppy Lou. Her Mommy, Daddy and Sister are sooo sad since she disappeared a couple days ago. She is blind in one eye. She lives at 4750 Fairfax Ave. Off of Hacienda and Mt. Vista. Honestly the dog has never gotten out before. It's our belief that the dog was abducted. Please help. Thank you
