Requirements: Must be in good shape, we work fast and it gets hot. Have your own car. Pay attention to detail. Pros: Pays much better than other labor jobs. Potential for $200+ days on less hours consistently. You get to work with sick cars. (That picture is a $400,000 Bentley) Flexible hours. Potential for promotion to management down the line. Work might not be super consistent for a week or two but I'll get the schedule filled up in no time. This job is slightly more mentally demanding than other labor jobs but it shows in the paycheck.
