Small Midtown Property Management company is looking to bring on a Maintenance Contractor to take on part time work for 80 apartment units near Piedmont Park in Midtown. Please have your own transportation and be available to perform work as needed during the week between the hours of 9am and 6pm. You will be asked to send in invoices when you complete any work assigned to you. We can not hire anyone who has any violent or theft related convictions in their background. Please have the tools and experience to perform basic plumbing, electrical and other maintenance repairs. You should feel comfortable working inside and outside as well as on top of a building which is two to three stories high using tall ladders. We need people able to transport and install basic home appliances. We will ask you to set your own charges for the work you are asked to complete.
