Bearded Dragon needs home!

Our neighbor was moving and could not take their bearded dragon with them, so he is currently at our house, but we cannot keep him. We have only had him here about a week, but he is very friendly and easy to handle. Was living with and is used to kids. They believe he is about 4 years old and admit that he is underweight, so we are working on that while we have him. He just needs a loving home to get him back to a healthy weight! Rehoming fee of $50 and need someone familiar with caring for bearded dragons. Will include 40 gallon tank, UVB light, heat lamp, 2 dishes, and other pieces included in photo. He is currently in sand, from the owner, but that will most likely need to be changed to a substrate that isn’t loose.
