Full time Onsite Resident Apartment Manager for 41 Units in San Francisco. We are currently looking for a friendly, energetic and organized Onsite Apartment Manager. Applicant should have Maintenance Skills and experience in Residential Property Management/Leasing. This position is full time including one weekend day (9am-6pm, five days a week). Job includes maintenance repairs, answering the phone, filling out paperwork, handling tenant issues, dealing with emergencies with immediate care, leasing vacant apartments, and more.
