Flora Farms is a multi-licensed Missouri Medical Marijuana cultivation and dispensary operator. We are looking for talented people to join our team! We are hiring for a Full Time Janitor to take care of our facility and carry out cleaning, sanitation, and small maintenance needs. Responsibilities: Keep buildings clean and supplies stocked including: break room, offices, restrooms, hallways and all other areas as designated by supervisor Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as directed Perform small maintenance as needed around the facility Follow all health and safety regulations Communicate with supervisor regarding supply, equipment and facility issues that arise Safely perform tasks with high level of detail, while looking for areas outside the regular routine that need attention Perform tasks in budgeted time allotted for the facilities assigned Demonstrate punctuality, good work attitude and cooperative relationship with others in the company Qualifications: 2+ years previous janitorial experience High school diploma or equivalent Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach. Lifting up to 50 pounds Ability to work with little or no supervision when given proper instruction Ability to work in a non-smoking environment Must be at least 21 yrs of age Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and obtain Agent ID card Flora Farms offer 100% employer paid healthcare for employees.
