Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain a clean professional appearance Keep and maintain a company van stocked full of all necessary plumbing tools and parts Contact each customer 30 min before arrival window. Handle customer concerns and problem solving in the field Perform 3-4 residential connects/reconnects a day-mix of vanities and kitchens We have very standard plumbing reconnects and connects- Sink, Faucet, Dishwasher, Disposal, Water Filtration, Cooktops, Range (free-standing or slide in). Primarily preforming installation of top mount and under-mount sinks, and drilling holes for fixtures as needed Communicate effectively with customers and Precision Countertops employees via phone, email, and fax Qualifications Job Requirements: We are looking for a reliable plumber with a progressive, helpful attitude towards customer service. Must be a team player with the ability to focus on client fulfillment. Must have 3-5 years of plumbing experience preferred Must have active plumbers license for Washington. Must be able to speak and write in English fluently Must have a valid Drivers License and be able to pass our driving record requirements Must be detail orientated, comfortable working with existing and new fixtures, and customer service friendly Must pass background check Precision Countertops offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
