Pay: $18.00+ hr - DOE   The Role:  We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in our Shipping/Receiving department, managing outgoing orders, fulfill orders and any other duties assigned by your supervisor We prefer candidates who have some warehouse experience, but we are wiling to train the right person! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Pick orders via headset in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system Communicate any inventory, stocking, racking or equipment maintenance issues to supervisor Maintain a clean and organized workspace Operate equipment such as a forklift and/or riding pallet jack Check all outgoing orders for accuracy Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Requirements: Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-45 degrees Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressure Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities Warehouse experience is a plus but not required Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours Good communication skills Ability to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures Ability to take and pass a pre-employment drug test   Charlie's Produce Total Compensation Package Includes: Competitive starting pay 90 day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure We recognize and reward hard work and commitment.
