Join the Hunters Capital Team! We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at historic Dunn Motors Building! Dunn Motors is a mid-rise community with 88 units that was built in 2016, located in busy Capitol Hill. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician or supervisor to join a great local company! Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday Maintenance Supervisor Salary and Benefits:· $25/hr + excellent benefits, bonus opportunities! · Medical, Dental and vision insurance. · Employer-matched 401k plan after 1 year of service. · Free Parking.Maintenance Supervisor Job Responsibilities:· Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.· Maintains grounds and appearance of the property. · Manages vendors such as landscapers, pest control, and cleaners effectively. ·Maintains adequate inventory of supplies. · Emergency on-call is required as part of the position. · Performs all reasonable duties as outlined by supervisor. · Excellent customer service with an “owner” attitude. Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications: · Prior maintenance supervisor or senior-level technician experience required. · Maintenance experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred. · Great presentation and interaction with clients and residents required. · Excellent customer service skills required.· Prior experience working with a budget strongly preferred. · Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies, as needed including reliable transportation.
