Musician Seeking Long-term Parking

Hello, I am a violinist trying to begin a music career in Everett. I work full-time for Amazon and live out of my van to save money. The neighbor just recently called the cops on me and they marked my tires. I've always moved the van within 72 hours to respect the parking laws of Everett. Still, I don't want to be a nuisance, so I thought I'd post something online and reach out. Does anyone have a yard or parking spot that I could bring my van to? I can cook, teach German, and I'm stronger than average (6'1" blonde). Also, I don't drink or smoke and I'm definitely not into drugs. I have multiple background checks from the gigs I applied to prior to working for Amazon. I'm happy to run another background check if you need one. I am not willing to pay for the parking, but I'm willing to discuss a financial relationship via signed contract that is day-to-day, week-to-week or month-to-month. Thank you.
