Job Description: Construction Worker/Laborer - We are a Silt Fence and Land Grading company in Lee County seeking a dependable, hardworking individual with experience in the landscaping or construction industry to join our team. You must have your own transportation to get to the office and clock in by 6am each morning. We work three-man crews; everybody is expected to do their fair share. We do not keep people who do not do their fair share or who can not show up consistently for any reason. No tools required. Weekly Pay. Responsibilities include: - Physically installing Silt Fence - Raking, digging, other hand tools - Loading and unloading tools, materials, etc. (must be able to lift 50 lbs.) Job Requirements: - Fluent in English - Must be legal to work in the United States - Previous experience or willingness to learn all aspects of trade - Must have reliable transportation - Ability to work long hours, outside in Florida weather - Able to lift heavy materials on a daily basis NOTE: The work is outdoors in the heat and involves heavy lifting.
