Join our Yin Yoga fitness class with instructor, Lucia Harmeling.
Are you craving a slower, intentional, meditative practice? Our yin classes consist of passively-held seated and supine positions held for 3-5 minutes. Yin allows you to turn inward, tune into the physical sensations of your body, and teaches you how to breathe through challenges and discomfort. Yin is the perfect pause in the midst of a busy day.
Fitness classes are available for Members and Non-Members to book. Members, talk to our SheSpace staff about your discount code.
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, we have sanitized mats available.
