Need maintenance\construction workers for house remodeling

I do house remodeling and manage my own crews, need workers for all different tasks. Jobs description: painting, pool cleaning and maintenance, general maintenance, landscaping, flooring, tile, drywall and anything that will be asked. Must have experience. If you have particular skills please let me know so I can better use them. Pay $11 an hour including trial day. We gonna have trial day, if doesn't work well I'm just paying what I owe and we good on that. Payment every day via Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo or other money transfer platforms.
