Simplicity Regent EX Lawn Tractor, Model # 2691175, 23 HP & 42" Mower, and Triple Bagger, all purchased in April 2015 for $3600. Only used 5 years with just 204.8 hours. Maintained yearly with full check up by original seller (Maestranzi Bros) including oil, oil filter, spark plug, air filter, fuel filter, and mower blades - not used at all in 2020. Brand new Duralast # U1-1 250 cca battery, and seat safety cutoff switch installed April 3, 2021. Asking $2200 or best offer.
