Full-time position, Monday-Friday, occasional overtime on Saturdays during the busy Spring and Summer months may be required. COMPENSATION: $17 - $20 per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses! Paid training and development, no experience needed! Worker’s compensation Monthly $100 incentive for great customer reviews Use of company vehicle with a clean driving record You keep 100% of your tips, equipment and uniforms provided SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to and from work daily Clean driving record, proof of vehicle insurance Daily access to the internet and a mobile phone Strong work ethic, reliable, hard-working in a fast paced environment Interest in working outside, year-round, in all weather conditions Comfortable with heights, up to 12 stories Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 40 feet Excellent customer service skills, outgoing personality, able to connect with people Can work independently DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Prepare your equipment and tools in accordance with the job(s) for that day Perform window cleaning jobs in a safe, swift and quality-minded manner.
