Regal Air, Inc. is searching for a part-time person to assist our maintenance staff at our office location in Fort Collins. We are an airplane part vendor, serving customers both domestic and international. We also run a rental company for storage spaces. The right person would be comfortable preforming tasks in multiple areas. Great Job for retired professionals! Must be able to perform or willing to learn the following: - Plumbing *Change leaky faucets/light plumbing *Blow out sprinkler systems *Turn off main water sources *Ability to locate leaks *Ability to work with PVC - Electrical *Change wire switches *Put receptacles in *Change florescent light bulbs *Change breaker *Install outlets - Maintenance *Ability to maintain and repair equipment (lawn mower, forklift, etc.) *Ability to change a spark plug *Garage doors maintenance, or willing to learn, i.e. Oiling tracks, spring tension work *Grounds keeping/yard work - Roofing - Carpentry - Concrete experience a plus!
