No doubt the mortgage process can be difficult if you are not prepared! However, with some background on what to prepare, you will be able to produce all the required documents, know what loan originators look for in a credit score and how your current debts play a part in the interest rate and amount you could qualify for to secure a mortgage. Come learn about these major areas, as well as the types of programs, like down payment assistance, loan products like FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA and more! The workshop is FREE and refreshments will be served. To ensure participants' safety, we are limiting the group size to 4 participants per workshop to ensure social distancing.
