ISO handy man/woman for Fixing up my mobile home

I need several things done. I have one a guy who can help with the labor and of things if needed, but we need someone with the know how. #1 priority is a large crack in the popcorn ceiling of my mobile home that became larger and weaker from the home being moved. I want it replaced either to match the existing popcorn ceiling or have that texture removed from the whole living room ceiling so that it all matches. I also need some flooring put down and have not decided on a type yet. I probably will choose something easier and therefore cheaper to install so I will likely determine it by your feedback. I have a very small approx. 8 ft by 8 ft room, a hall approx 3 ft by 12 ft, and the kitchen approx. 16 ft by 6ft area. most of this flooring is stripped to the wood. In the kitchen the boards were screwed onto the top of the existing floor and need to be secured down better in places and cracks filled in in between the boards. I would love to carry the same flooring I choose and carry it out to cover the living room if it is cost effective. I also need repair to my hot water line in the connector that feeds it into my kitchen sink, and need a dish washer installed. I would like to add a sliding shower door to a tub, which I have used. I need a couple of doors put up correctly that drag. I also need hand rails installed onto two 5 step wood steps, and have the 2x4s. I would also like to install a superficial wall approx 6 ft long and 6 or 7 ft high, which does not have to meet the ceiling. I just want simple covering weather it be drywall or paneling over it. I have the wood and I may have enough usable paneling. I don't require that someone be a contractor. I pay in cash after each job(s) is/are finished. I also have items for sale that I may trade if interested. Late model Honda Rebel 600, old Oldsmobile in excellent motor condition but poor cosmetic condition and need balls replaced to rear wheel, has a ball hitch and can carry camper, boat, trailer. I have a John boat and trailer with trolling motor and 2 swivel seats, a simple pull behind trailer approx 14ft flat with no walls, and some random appliances and materials in storage including an in the wall 220 oven. I also have a 60s model Serro Scotty sportsman camper in need of being redone that I would like to start getting fixed up if I have enough left over after the house repairs.
