Hello, Do you have cleaning experience or do you need to make some extra money on the side to help with bills? Must be willing to do a drug screen! I can only allow trustworthy and detailed people to clean this facility. If you are not drug free, trustworthy or detailed, then this would not be the job for you. Do you have an able body, can you do repetitive bending, and can you lift at least 30 lbs – you must be able to do this. We need people that are used to Honesty, Hard Work, Trustworthiness, Humility, and the Willingness to be a Team Player. You will need: A state ID or Driver’s License, A social security card, and you will have to sign a W-9 (Form). What Are The Payment Terms? This is a 1099 position, which means you will be doing “sub-contracting” work. You will have no taxes taking out of your pay during the year. It will be your duty/responsibility to file the income that we pay you on your taxes – by using the 1099 form, that you will be receiving from us, at the end of the year for tax purposes.
