Lawn Maintenance Crew Member Needed!

Our company, GeoScapes is looking to add a valued crew member to our growing company. We do landscaping installations, cleanups, and lawn maintenance. Our service area covers East Nashville, Madison, Hendersonville, and Gallatin. We would like to hire someone with commercial mowing experience but isn't required. Must be coachable. You will be on a mowing and landscape installation crew. The position is full-time and pays $12 - $15 depending on experience and paid out weekly. MUST have a valid driver's license. Physical requirements • Required to endure long periods of standing or walking and extended periods of bending, stooping, and lifting. • Ability to lift 15-50 lbs. frequently. • Ability to lift 51-90 lbs. occasionally. Working conditions • Required to work outdoors for primary job functions. • Smoke-free vehicles, client property and offices. • Drug-free and smoke free workplace. • Working in seasonal weather conditions (inclement weather). Qualifications • Possess and maintain a valid Driver License issued by a U.S. State or Territory. • Ability to interact professionally with all customers, team members, and those from external organizations. • Ability to work independently or on a team. • Bilingual proficiency with English and Spanish is a plus, however not required. • 1 year of experience preferred, however not required. • Coachable
