We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and capable individual for a full-time Field Maintenance Technician II role to assist with our Birmingham residential remodel projects and customer maintenance requests. The Field Maintenance Technician II will support our local management team with remodel projects, work order management, and respond to tenant maintenance requests around the Greater Birmingham Area.
