This position is responsible for managing crew of 2-3 people Ideal canidate must have leadership skills and willing to help out when needed. Must have: • High energy and a willingness to get things done • Strong work ethic • Excellent customer service skills • At least 1 year preferred (3 year+ Ideal) experience detailing boats and running high speed buffers • General nautical knowledge. • A valid Driver's License Why work for this company: Fast Growing Marine Services Company. Qualifications: - Marine detail experience required - Valid driver's license with clean driving record - High level of professionalism and attention to detail - Must maintain a clean and organized work area - A positive attitude with excellent communication skills - Drug-free workplace - Proactive, reliable, and trustworthy - Takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors - Must be able to train employees on how to use certain products and or machines. - Essential Duties: - Budget payroll hours - Train crew on how to Clean/Wash - Boats - Train crew how to apply Wax, Ceramic Coat, - Train Crew how to safely use pressure washers, buffers, polishers, etc.. - Inspects boat for noticeable defects and communicates all defects to the owner. - Provide exceptional customer service. - Other duties may be assigned ************PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE********** ***This work may be completed outside under varying climate conditions***
