Spring Volunteer Opportunity: Tree Planting with Greensboro Beautiful

Please join the Future Fund and Greensboro Beautiful in planting an urban orchard in support of Arbor Day in Greensboro! Planting will occur in the Friendly Homes neighborhood. We will be meeting at the Friendly pool at the end of Mimosa Drive in Greensboro, 2200 Mimosa Drive. Volunteers should wear gardening clothes, including a hat if you'd like. Please bring your own work gloves if they'd like to use them, water, and sunscreen. Greensboro Beautiful will also be hosting Groovin' in the Garden at Gateway Gardens (2800 E. Gate City Blvd.) from 1pm-6pm that day! This family friendly and free event is put on by Greensboro Beautiful and will feature live music, games, dancing and food vendors. We hope you can join us!
