This program is built collaboratively to present material for Wyoming agriculture and recognize significant Wyoming women producers. The 2021 Heart of Agriculture/ Excellence in Agriculture is developed collaboratively each year by the UW Extension Ag/ Hort Team, women producers, Wyoming Stockgrowers Assn., Wyoming Woolgrowers Assn., Wyoming Farm Bureau Chapters, Wyoming Livestock Round Up, First Northerrn Bank and other partners. Each year nominees for "The Heart of Agriculture" are sought from each county via peers. This year speakers include Senator Affie Ellis Wyoming State Senate, Timmery Hellyer of the Wyoming Beef Council, Michelle Vigil UW Educator on Financial Management and an issue update by Jim Magagna of the WYSGA. Registered participants will recieve an agenda electronically. $0 fee for registration thanks to our partners.
