The Rapid City Woodworking Show will feature displays of woodworking projects and demonstrations of woodworking tools. Members of the Rapid City Woodworking Association will display examples of projects they have made and demonstrate woodworking tools on Saturday, April 17, at 320 West Boulevard, Rapid City, at the Knecht Home Center. The activities will begin at 9 a.m. and last until 4 p.m. There will be individual displays by members and a combined one around the theme of "Anything Garden." The members will also make a free wooden sign for children who come of their first name. Kids can also help complete a wooden toy and take it home. There will be door prizes and a raffle. Members will also demonstrate scroll sawing, woodturning, use of a computer operated wood cutting machine.
