Weidner Apartment Homes is now hiring for Maintenance Technicians to work at a few of our properties in Anchorage! If you have experience working in building maintenance, enjoy working in a team environment and are looking to work for a company with strong stability look no further we have the job for you! The Maintenance Technicians will be answering services requests, maintaining/repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, small/large appliances and some light interior/exterior painting when needed. To qualify you must have 2 years of experience working in building maintenance, have strong verbal communication skills, be able to lift up to 80lbs, push/pull up to 200lbs and have a valid driver's license, insurance and a vehicle.
