All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS ROBBERY (late), 2021-04050119, 2700 block of Washington Boulevard. At approximately 2:43 p.m. on April 5, police were dispatched to the late report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 1:30 p.m., the victim was walking in the area when he was approached by three suspects inside a silver SUV, one of which had a firearm on his lap. The suspects demanded the victim's money and personal property before fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. Suspect One, the driver, is described as a male in his late 20's, possibly Middle Eastern with black hair and a short, black beard. He was wearing a white shirt, black jeans, a silver necklace and rings. Suspect Two, who had the firearm on his lap, is described as a male in his late 30's, possibly Middle Eastern with black hair and a short, black beard. He was wearing a white shirt, black jeans, a silver necklace and rings. Suspect Three is described as a female in her 40s, possibly Middle Eastern, heavyset with long black hair. She was wearing a black dress. The investigation is ongoing. UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2021-04050054, 1400 block of Richmond Highway. At approximately 10:00 a.m. on April 5, police were dispatched to the report of a possible breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that security personnel were conducting a check of the vacant property when they located an unsecured door and a broken window. Inside the lobby, responding officers located personal property containing the suspect's information. At approximately 3:15 p.m., the suspect was located in the area and taken into custody without incident.
