Schedule: 8-5pm, M-F, temp to hire
Job Description
Customer Service Rep/Order Processor in a fast-paced team environment for a large company in the distribution industry, committed to providing exceptional levels of service to its customers.
Job Duties
Take customer orders over the phone
Enter orders in System – using QuickBooks
Generate invoices in system from customer orders
Cross selling other products to customers
Also making outgoing calls to customers to remind them to place their orders
Requirements of This Position
Good listening and phone skills and pleasant manner
QuickBooks experience required
Bilingual a plus, not necessary
Drug & Background screening required
