Experienced climber. Small business. Part time make really good pay. Pay by job not hourly. I pay my other climber 200-700$ per job. Might take him 1 hour or 3. If you don’t have your own gear I can provide it. I don’t want anyone that thinks they can do this this is a dangerous job and takes a person with years of experience. That’s what I’m looking for.
