Install Roof on Existing Patio Cover

I need assistance and suggestions to install a roof for my existing wood patio cover. The existing structure is an open grid made of wood. I am thinking that corrugated materials would be the easiest to install but I am open to suggestions. I have not had a chance to measure the patio cover but my guess is it is about 12 ft X 15 ft. The attached stock photo is not of my house but should give you an idea of what I am considering. I am thinking that eves troughs are not necessary. Please quote hourly labor charges for your assistance and most importantly, indicate the type of experience that you have for this kind of project. You will need a description of your experience to be considered.
