22 years old. Been playing on my own for about 10 years. Into indie rock, midwest emo, alt rock, etc (go ahead and ask what bands). Currently working on a solo project and an album with some friends, but for a while I've been wanting to be a part of something else (more info below), not my usual "meet at church, write some parts, go home". My chops are more than a bit rusty since I've been writing a lot more than practicing or learning, but I'm taking lessons to get back on it. I'm trying to start up something in the vein of Japanese Breakfast, Mitski, etc; a group that embodies the richness and relative brevity of Asian American heritage, using it as a backdrop for whatever you wanna write about. If you vibe with that, then hmu. I have my own gear and a car, but no space to jam in, so if you've got a garage or something, then that's cool. Thanks <3
