Looking to pay someone $30/hour for about 15-30 hours per week to do turnover cleans for two neighboring short-term rentals (airbnbs) in inver grove hts. Each house is 6 bed, 2 bath, and require 5 hours to turn over between guests and must be done between 10am and 3pm, sometimes on Fridays and Sundays. $150 for a 5-hour clean. Please respond with: 1) your cleaning experience in the past 2) do you have reliable transportation to go from 10am to 3pm 3) when can you start? 4) are you responsible and can you follow a cleaning schedule? 5) are you comfortable agreeing to 15-30 hour weeks for at least a year?
