Description

Unemployed statistics are based on the valid claims filed with States. Underemployed as those who are not eligible for unemployment benefits are not counted. When a claim runs out and the individual remains jobless they also become not counted. The general public is not the primary customer of State Unemployment Departments. Their primary customer is the Employer.
