CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help finding a New Hampshire man who has four active felony cases in superior courts. Thomas James Towle is 36, about 6 feet tall, and weighs 220 lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair. Towle, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, also has tattoos including a clover and the number 7 on his left arm and a tattoo on his right arm. Towle is wanted on warrants issued in October 2020 and March 17, White said. "Towle is being sought on two arrest warrants for possession of methamphetamine," he said. "The warrants are out of Carroll and Strafford County and he is alleged to have fled from law enforcement to avoid arrest. Towle has strong ties to Milton, NH, and the surrounding areas." A "known to abuse drugs" warning has been placed on Towle by the department. The cases, according to superior court records, stem from four incidents in Milton and Sanbornville. Investigators accuse Towle of controlled drug: acts prohibited in June 2019. In a second case, from July 2019, he was accused of habitual offender, reckless conduct, controlled drug: acts prohibited, all felonies, as well as disobeying an officer after an incident in Sanbornville. Three days after that case, another controlled drug charge was issued against Towle. In August 2019, another controlled drug charge was issued against him out of Milton. In all four cases, Towle was accused of failing to appear at status conferences in Carroll and Strafford county superior courts in September 2020. He has not been seen or heard from since. Anyone with information about Towle or who sees someone who looks like him is asked to contact the task force at 603-225-1632 or your local police department.
