LEMONT, IL — The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt. March 13 Stephen Garmon, 31, of Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit at 1:16 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 11000 block of Lemont Road. Garmon was issued a March 31 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse. Angela Kettell, 33, of Joliet, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and no valid registration at 3:01 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 13400 block of Lemont Road. Kettell was issued a March 31 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse. Paul Potenberg, 54, of Chicago Ridge, was charged with DUI-alcohol/drugs, driving while license suspended/revoked, speeding 21-25 mph over the limit, no valid registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 7:31 p.m. following a traffic stop at Main and Fremont streets. Potenberg was issued an April 2 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse. March 20 Michael Conte, 39, of Lemont, was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident at 12:59 a.m. following an incident in the 100 block of Main Street. Conte was issued a May 10 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse. March 23 Luis Nunez, 27, of Alsip, was charged with driving without a valid license (never issued) and speeding 11-14 mph over the limit at 3:45 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 14900 block of Main Street. Nunez was issued a May 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse. March 26 Daniel Chavez, 38, of Joliet, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and improper display of registration at 3:53 p.m. following a traffic stop at New Avenue and 127th Street. Chavez was issued an April 16 court date at the Will County Courthouse. Wrakkim Johnson, 31, of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding 26-34 mph over the limit at 6:36 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street. John was issued an April 16 court date at the Will Counrty Courthouse. Gabriel Torres, 22, of Minooka, was charged with speeding 26-34 mph over the limit at 8:14 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street. Torres was issued an April 16 court date at the Will County Courthouse.
