John Deere Riding Mower needs maintence repair

Hello, I have a 20 year old john deere riding tractor that needs repair. It has been working up to last week, but now has been taken over by rats, and will not start. We can help with cleaning, but will need a professional eye on the repair. It will not start, so please be able to come work on it. We are in Goleta. Looking for someone who can come ASAP. thank you
