Day Porter - Exterior Cleaner Needed

Job Duties: - Visit a few properties each day throughout Albuquerque to maintain cleanliness by picking-up litter and debris. - Sweep walkways and other areas as needed. - Empty trash cans. - Wipe down storefronts as needed. - Assist with snow removal as needed. Job Requirements: - Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. - Must have a valid drivers license. - Must have own reliable transportation that is insured. - Must have a track record of being dependable. - Be capable of working on your own. 20-30 hours per week with the possibility of more hours and other positions as we continue to grow.
