Seeking a handyman to assist in the management of rental properties in Albany. Can accommodate anywheres from 10-30 hours a week, can be flexible. Looking for someone who is reliable, skilled in the handyman field, has own transportation and has or is willing to get own liability insurance.
Jobs would include but not limited to:
-Addresses maintenance requests
-Painting units and drywall
-Occasionally small plumbing/electric/hvac (we have contractors for large projects)
-Showing units to perspective tenants
-General maintenance/cleaning
-Lawn/snow removal as needed
-Renovation projects
-Turning units upon tenant move outs
Bill rate: $25/hour
