Join me for a beautiful evening on the beach filled with setting intentions, yoga and optional Reiki. Between Ocean One and the Ramada across from Heritage Park on Collins Ave, you’ll find a mini oasis among the sky scrapers. This metaphor resembles encountering that moment of peace in the busy day of our lives. It is my hope for you that each and every time you step into this space you find a solace for your heart. Join me for an evening of setting intentions, yoga and optional reiki. Reiki is an unconditional loving healing energy that exists within us all. I will be offering this healing to you during shavasana(final resting pose). It is totally optional so feel free to come and just flow. We will also be setting intentions as these events are set up to coincide with the cycles of the moon. I look forward to guiding you through this experience. I honor the space in you where love and beauty dwell, and when you in turn honor that space in me, we are truly in a state of oneness. So from my heart to yours Namaste 🙏🏽 Refunds: There are no refunds. Should the event be canceled due to weather or any unforeseen reason, tickets can be used for the next Heart Centered Yoga event. Parking: In between Ocean One and The Ramada you’ll find a parking lot with metered parking called Ellen Wayne Lot. There is also a parking garage across from Ocean One. *Please bring a Yoga mat and/or blanket, Water and Mask This is an outdoor event and guests are encouraged to maintain social distancing (6ft apart).
