There’s no escaping our fragile humanity in this haunt. Cold forms laying beneath white sheets, void of life… or so you think. Will you be next? Perhaps, it’s already your long abandoned body under that curtain inside THE MORGUE. What really happens in the darkness of those houses of death? Who better to prepare you then the unique individuals themselves work in what is undeniably, the creepiest career. Here are just a few things you could find lurking in The Morgue… THE QUAGMIRE This is no Mystery Inc. You may want to think twice before doing this haunt if you’re a Florida native, and would still like to sleep peacefully at night. People may warn visitors about alligators or getting lost in murky, remote areas, but those dangers are relatively tame compared to the dark, underbelly of The Quagmire. Stories such as the Island of Dolls, where a lonely caretaker claims to have found the washed up body of a girl who drowned under suspicious circumstance, and was unable to save her. A doll of which the caretaker assumed was hers, washed up on the same shore so the caretaker hung the doll in a tree, in order to pay respects to the girls spirit. But that planned seemed to backfire on the caretaker, being driven mad by what we can only guess was the girls spirit. He collected and hung hundreds of the creepy dolls, all over the island, before he himself, drowned on the shore 50 years later. Reports of the dolls moving limbs and eyes and even whispering to each other come in even to this day. With many believing the girls spirit still remains in the dolls, on the now abandoned island, leaving us to speculate its dark mystery, forever.
