We are searching for a hard-working person who has experience working in landscaping and light construction. We have two openings to start immediately. The first is a Laborer and the second is Project Manager. I prefer someone who has 7 years’ work experience (both indoor and outdoor) in these areas. 4 Years OUTDOOR WORK laborer experience: Candidate will have work experience cleaning out and installing mulch, cleaning out beds, trimming bushes, hedging shrubs, trimming-cutting down small trees with chain saw, stump grinding, power washing, installing pavers, installing bed boarders, picking weeds, weed whipping, using power pack blower, using an axe, using a wheel barrel, driving a truck and or trailer, etc.... Pay is $15 an hour. 3 Years INDOOR WORK laborer experience: Candidate will have work experience in Tile Work, Interior and Exterior Painting, Cleaning Services, Wallpapering, Rough Carpentry, Home Improvements, Plaster & Drywall, Light moving, etc… Pay is $15 an hour. If you have 4 years outdoor work experience and also another 3 years of indoor work experience in the above areas, a work truck, customer references (plus photos of past jobs) then the pay can be up to $25 an hour and you will work as a Project Manager.
