25 unit property complex ISO Maintenance Persons and General Laborers with roofing and sheetrock/drywall experience. We have multiple units which are occupied and some that are being renovated and/or built out. Any building experience is a plus. We also have several large buildings that are in need of roof repair/replacement. Roofing experience will put you in the lead for this position. A calm disposition and an ability to solve problems will make you an ideal candidate. Respect and professionalism when dealing with tenants is also necessary. Regular hours are Mon-Fri, 8am - 4pm.
